The principal of Law Offices of Denise A. Leadbetter is Denise Ann Leadbetter. Denise graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law and is a member of the California Bar, and is admitted to appear before all courts of California, Federal District Court and the U.S. Supreme Court. Prior to opening the Law Office of Denise A. Leadbetter in January 2009, Denise was a partner with Zacks, Utrecht and Leadbetter in San Francisco.

Prior to her career as an attorney in private practice, Denise was In-House Counsel and Asset Manager for a property management company responsible for over 1 million square feet of investment property located throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. In January 2009, Denise decided that it was time to strike out on her own to serve clients with portfolios both large and small.

Denise is a California Real Estate Broker (License # 00994907) and Member of the Small Property Owners of San Francisco, San Francisco Apartment Association, San Francisco Association of Realtors, and Bar Association of San Francisco.
